Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds are not allowed under normal circumstances. Returns, if accepted, may be eligible for exchange or store credit only, subject to inspection and approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages, Issues, and Product Deficits
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if there is a product deficit (missing item(s) or quantity shortages).
In the event of a confirmed product deficit, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. This is the only situation in which refunds are permitted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
If eligible, exchanges may be offered instead of refunds. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are not permitted, except in cases of a confirmed product deficit, in which a full refund will be issued.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Processing
